Introduction

Only ever use a cleaver to cut through bones. The thick heavy edge of the Wusthof classic cleaver is designed especially for the task. The blade weighs 460g which is more than enough to help it go through the poultry and small game as well as chopping racks of ribs for the barbecue. The triple-riveted handle matches the rest of the Wusthof knives and a hole has been drop forged at the end of the cleaver blade to hang it up with. Now mind your fingers!
