Introduction

Designed to serve french fries, chicken, seafood and other delicious fried foods, the Vollrath 15 lb Double-Well Electric Countertop Deep Fryer is ideal for restaurants and fast food establishments.

Features quick heat up and recovery times and is thermostatically controlled to 375F. It has an automatic thermal overload shutoff at 500F for increased safety.

The power-on indicator light keeps the operator informed. This unit is designed with cold zone to help keep oil fresh for longer while the non-skid rubber feet prevent slipping. The nickel-plated steel wire baskets have cool-touch handles to offer a comfortable grip.
