True Two Drawer Refrigerated Chef Base, 36″, 115/60/1

Introduction

Made with a stainless steel exterior and a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back, the True 36″ Two Drawer Refrigerated Chef Base is built to last in commercial kitchens. It’s designed with foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane and features heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers for easy access.

The extra large evaporator coil combined with the higher horsepower compressor and large condenser maintains a cabinet temperature of 33F to 38F. Each drawer accommodates one full size (length x 20″ width x 4″ depth) and three 1/6 size (6″ length x 6″ width x 4″ depth) food pans. The food pans are sold separately and the drawers are removable without tools for effortless cleaning.

The commercial refrigerated chef base has a drip-resistant “V” edge that protects the cabinet against spills and the top base can hold up to 717 lb. It uses a self-contained capillary tube system that uses an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The commercial refrigerated table is made with the highest quality.
