Introduction

The True Mega Top Double Door 24 Pan Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is made of stainless steel for a durable construction with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back for improved longevity. Additionally, the interior is made with clear-coated aluminum and features stainless steel coved corners.

The heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves provide excellent storage space while the foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps maintain temperatures. The cabinet has a patented forced-air design that holds a temperature between 33F to 41F.

The commercial salad prep table has a factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system that uses an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for a reliable performance. It includes four casters which make this commercial sandwich prep table completely transportable for simple cleaning.
