The Traulsen 48″ Centerline Double Door Sandwich/Salad Prep Table Refrigerator helps keep ingredients fresh and is fantastic for back-of-house operations. Made of high-quality stainless steel with an anodized aluminum interior, the sandwich prep table refrigerator is reliable and strong.

Designed with an LED display control that ensures accuracy and easy monitoring. The doors have a Stay Open feature at 105 for simple loading and unloading onto the 4 adjustable epoxy coated shelves. These shelves have a weight capacity of 150 lb. Additionally, the interior is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to increase strength and efficiency.

The 1/4 HP refrigeration system is environmentally friendly and features a capillary tube metering device, an air-cooled hermetic compressor and an easy-to-clean rear-facing condenser.

This salad prep table refrigerator includes 4 casters that move the table effortlessly while the 2 front locking casters keep the unit in place. This prep table refrigerator can hold twelve 1/6 food pans. The 12″ deep removable cutting board is used to slice ingredients.
