The ScotsmanFS0522A-1 Prodigy Plus Air Cooled Modular Flake Ice Machine provides a long-lasting and reliable performance. It’s designed with sealed, maintenance-free bearings to reduce maintenance while the stainless steel evaporator and auger offer improved durability.
The front-breathing design allows flexible placement for convenience while the antimicrobial protection guards the internal surfaces between cleanings. It has an AutoAlert indicator light to keep operators informed on machine maintenance. Plus, the commercial ice machine has a unit specific QR code to quickly access service manuals, cleaning guides and warranty history.
This ice machine produces flake ice which is ideal for seafood and produce displays. It has a reliable R-404A refrigerant and produces 450 lb of ice per 24/hrs for a fantastic performance.
