Introduction

Sammics Sensor Ultra line of vacuum sealers adds multiple features over and above durability, safety and ease-of-use. Seal in savings and flavour using Sammics SU-420 Vacuum Sealer. Removing air from packages through vacuum sealing increases shelf life of ingredients whether stored at room temperature, fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealing is also a necessary step for successful sous vide cooking.

The SU-420 is a tabletop chamber model capable of sealing 60+ bags per hour. Your ingredients just need to be in bags with less than 16.5 opening and fit into the chamber with the lid closed. The air is removed from the bag and the chamber simultaneously providing a perfect seal and an ideal environment for sealing liquids.

A waterproof digital control panel offers optimum control over the operation of your vacuum sealer – % vacuum, vacuum+, time, pause, stop and decompression. Or use the SammicVAC App to program (and print) in an easy and intuitive way.

Its easy to keep your unit clean with the stainless steel body and chamber. The chamber is free of sharp edges and has rounded corners (food doesnt get trapped) and the sealing bar can be completely removed. A working hours counter and built in dry oil cycle, keeps your unit working at optimal efficiency and prolongs the life of the pump.
