Introduction

The Moyer Diebel 501HT High Temperature Undercounter Dishwasher is equipped with user-friendly top-mounted controls and a digital temperature display for simple use. It’s made of completely sealed stainless steel and feather touch cycle switches. The 316 stainless steel resists corrosion for a long-lasting product.

The commercial undercounter dishwasher features a soft start which provides gradual and quiet pump activation to prevent dish and glass breakage. The water will reach a minimum of 150F for the wash cycle and 180F for the rinse cycle.

This dishwasher has an auto-clean cycle and delime cycle (with automatic delime notifications) to keep the unit cleaner, which results in cleaner dishes. The 6KW electric heating booster provides a 40F temperature rise. The washing cycle takes a total of 141 seconds to complete, so you can keep cleaning dishes, glasses and other cookware quickly and effectively for a faster dinner service.

Dishwasher operates on a fill-and-drain principle. This means that the previous cycle’s rinse water is always reused for the next cycle’s wash water. The unit includes a scrub cycle that provides up to 15 minutes of wash time for heavily soiled pots and pans.
