Kai Shun 10cm Paring Knife

Introduction

This is a beautifully made Damascus steel paring knife with gently a curved blade making it suitable for cutting, trimming and paring either against a cutting board or when holding your work. The 10cm blade provides scope for slicing larger ingredients such as onions or chillies. The laminated Pakka wood handle is contoured to fit into the right hand while the counterweight at the heel of the knife provides poise and balance.
