Globe’s 25 qt Bench Mixer offers fantastic mixing power with gear-driven, high-torque transmission along with a powerful custom motor. It has a higher mixing capacity compared to standard countertop mixers and a rigid cast iron body to withstand commercial kitchens.

Control this mixer effortlessly with the front-mounted controls that include a 60-minute digital timer as well as last batch recall. Last batch recall help increase productivity by programming the machine to automatically use the previous batch settings. This allows you to spend less time on programming the settings and more time on mixing!

It has a variety of safety features, including thermal overload protection, safety interlocked bowl lift and non-slip rubber feet. You can efficiently clean this machine with the easy-to-attach and remove ingredient chute and stainless steel bowl.
