Introduction

This is the julienne disc for some Magimix, Compact and Cuisine food processors.

Important note: Owners of the Magimix 3000, 3100, 4000, 4100, 4100G, 5000, 5100, or 5100G also need to order the upgraded Magimix Food Processor Disc Support – MA100185 in order for this to fit the bowl.

The julienne disc is ideal for creating matchstick vegetable strips. A tip for “straight” julienne carrots is to chill the carrots or use from fridge and place into feed tube horizontally.
