Introduction

The EFI X-Line CSDR2-60VCX 60″ Double Door Refrigerated Salad/Sandwich Prep Table features a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a round corner design on the inner bottom board for easier cleaning. It includes a polyethylene cutting board and a self-closing swing door with a 90 stay-open feature for convenience. The recessed handles provide a streamlined look, while the removable gasket is easy to clean and replace. The adjustable and removable plastic-coated wire shelves offer flexible storage, and the enclosed condiment section keeps supplies organized.

Equipped with an R290 refrigeration system, the unit maintains temperatures between 33F and 41F (0.5C to 5C) for optimal food preservation.
