Introduction

This EFI X-Line CMDR2-48VCX 48″ Double Door Refrigerated Mega Top Prep Table is built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, featuring a round corner design on the inner bottom board for easy cleaning. It comes with a polyethylene cutting board for food prep and a self-closing swing door with a 90 stay-open feature for convenience. The recessed handles provide a streamlined look, and the removable gasket is simple to clean and replace. It also includes adjustable and removable plastic-coated wire shelves, as well as an enclosed condiment section for organized storage.

The R290 refrigeration system keeps temperatures between 33F and 41F (0.5C to 5C), ensuring food stays fresh. An insulated lid on the prep units helps further preserve food quality. Casters make it easy to move the unit, while adjustable temperature settings and defrost frequency offer customization.
