The blade is individually honed and ground to offer superior sharpness. Additionally, the blade is heat-treated and cooled to precise temperatures to enhance the grain structure and maximize the knife performance.
Sani-Safe handle provides an excellent blade-to-handle seal to protect it from contaminants. The handle is crafted from 100% recycled plastic (packaging is made from 100% recycled materials) for an eco-friendly option. The slip-resistant handle includes a fingerguard to help avoid accidental slips for improved safety. Recommended to wash by hand to preserve the blade.
