The non-stick surface is reinforced with a hard stainless steel base to resist scratches, while the ergonomic, riveted handle remains cool, providing a comfortable and safe grip. Designed to be undeformable, this frypan promises even heat distribution and a maintenance tip is to gradually increase the temperature, particularly on induction stoves because the material is very responsive and a great heat diffuser. To preserve its lustrous appearance, occasional polishing with a specific paste is recommended.
