The material’s hyper-reactivity allows for immediate cessation of cooking once removed from heat, while its design guarantees uniform heat diffusion along the entire skirt for perfect heat distribution. The casserole is complete with riveted cast stainless steel side handles that are both ergonomic and sleek, and high-end mirror polishing.
