The commercial baking pan is made with square corners and wire in the rim. The wire provides a lighter rim and prevents warping. Because of the glazed coating, the pan offers an easy release without the use of grease spray, oil and parchment paper. Plus, because it prevents food from sticking, cleaning is more efficient.
