Introduction

Cambro’s 1/9 Size Translucent Food Pan is the choice of budget-conscious commercial kitchens. Constructed with BPA-free polypropylene it can handle a range of temperatures from -40F to 160F (-40C to 70C) but is not designed for steam tables.

Used for more than prep tables, food bars and vending carts the non-stick inside surface, makes serving and portioning effortless and maximizes yields.

Paired with a translucent cover (sold separately), the material allows easy viewing of the contents in the freezer, fridge or ambient storage. Stack them with or without lids to save space.

NSF certified and commercial dishwasher safe makes cleaning these versatile pans a breeze.
