Cambro’s Camwear Half Size Food Pans in black polycarbonate are used for more than prep tables and food bars. Sure, operators appreciate the 1/2″ flange (lip) for a great fit for these cold serving options, but these pans can also be used for prep, storage and transport. When not in use, these insert pans can be easily stacked (without sticking together) saving valuable space.

They can withstand temperatures from -40F to 210F and are commercial dishwasher safe. The rounded corners, nonstick interior and textured bottom work together to ensure that all of your food is easily spooned from the pans (without leaving scratches) reducing food waste and maximizing yields. And making clean up quick and easy.
