Sugar, Maida, Milk Solids, Corn Starch, Emulsifier (INS 471, 475), Dextrose, Salt, Stablizer (INS 412, 415), Flavouring (Vanilla).

Contains Wheat and Milk ingredients.

Recipe for sponge:

All Purpose Veg Vanilla Cake Mix : 1000 g

Water : 500 g

Oil : 200 g

Attachment – Paddle

1. Mix All Purpose Veg Vanilla Cake Mix and water at speed 1 (Low Speed) – 1 min.
2. Scrape and mix at speed 2 (Medium speed) – 3 mins.
3. Scrape and add oil at speed 1 (Low Speed) – 1 min.
4. Bake at 160 Degree C for 30 – 35 mins.

Recipe for Muffin / Bar Cake

All Purpose Veg Vanilla Cake Mix : 1000 g

Water : 500 g

Oil : 200 g

Attachment – Paddle

1. Mix All Purpose Veg Vanilla Cake Mix, water and oil at speed 1 (Low Speed) – 1 min.
2. Scrape and mix at speed 2 (Medium speed) – 2 mins.
3. Bake at 180 Degree C for 15 – 20 mins.

Storage Conditions:

Close the nag after use. Store in a cool dry place. Away from heat and sunlight.
