Introduction

FooDecor Sweet Lace Powder,75gm

• Put in the planetary Foodecor Professional sweet lace powder. Add warm water at 40/45 0C. (80g water for 100g Sweet Lace Powder).
• Spin at medium speed for 2 minutes you will get a creamy mixture.
• Use a flat spatula to spread it onto the silicone mat. Leave to set at room temp for 3 hours or put in oven at 80C for 12 min. or 120C for 6 min. to get a more elastic product.

  Potato Starch, Dried Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Modified Starch, Sodium Alginate (E401), Xanthan Gum (E415), Tragacanth Gum (E413), Corn Starch, Maltodextrin , Silicone Dioxide(E551), Potassium Sorbate (E202). Acidity Regulator (E330). Food Colour (E171), Vanilla Flavour.
