Introduction

Professional kitchens use Cambro’s Camwear 1/3 Size Black Food Pan for prep, storage, transporting and serving foods. Made of polycarbonate, like all Camwear products, it is virtually unbreakable and will not crack, bend or dent.

A 1/2″ flange or lip all the way around the pan, ensures these plastic food pans, also called insert pans, fit perfectly in cold prep tables and food bars. The rounded corners and nonstick interior work together ensuring maximum yields and therefore minimizing food waste. The black colour is a great choice for use in serving areas and for produce and food items that react to light.

This black 1/3 size food pan can withstand temperatures from-40F to 210F and are commercial dishwasher safe. When not in use, they stack easily without sticking together to save valuable space in the kitchen.
