Introduction

Small but mighty, Cambro’s Camwear 1/9 Size Food Pan, also called an insert pan, has a consistent 1/2″ lip for a perfect fit in prep tables and food bars but can also be used to store, transport and serve. When not in use, these pans can be easily stacked (without sticking together) saving valuable space.

All types of commercial kitchens use these food pans, for good reason. Made from crystal clear polycarbonate, it will not crack, bend or dent. Like all Camwear products, these versatile pans are virtually unbreakable.

The rounded corners, nonstick interior and textured bottom work together meaning you can spoon out all of the contents reducing food waste and therefore maximizing yields – all without leaving scratch marks on the bottom of the pans. They can withstand temperatures from -40F to 210F and are commercial dishwasher safe.
