Introduction

Cambro’s 1/3 Size High Heat Food Pans, also called H-Pans, help reduce handling times and yield loss with one pan that can go from prep to serving and all the places in between.

Suitable for prep, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, chafing dishes and steam table use, these versatile food pans can withstand temperatures from-40F to 375F.

Cambro’s H-pans are designedwith a uniform flange to provide a smooth fit in food bars and steam tables and the black colour offers a classic style that fits any decor. The rounded bottoms and nonstick interior reduces product waste and improves yield.

When not in use, the pans stack neatly without sticking together and can be safely washed in commercial dishwashers.
