Introduction

The MC0330 Prodigy Elite Ice Machine by Scotsman is an air cooled modular self-contained condenser unit that produces up to 400 lb of cubed ice per day.

Built for busy restaurants, bars, cafeterias and foodservice kitchens, this line of ice makers have Bluetooth connection to use the ICELINQ app – simplifying interactions and control of the machine. The AutoAlert indicating lights can be seen from across the room. Each Prodigy Elite unit has a specific QR code to easily access service manuals, cleaning guides and warranty history.

Scotsman has made it easy to consistently produce high quality ice with one-touch cleaning, a front-facing removable air filter (no need to remove any panels!), AgION antimicrobial protection andWaterSense technology (reduces scale buildup and extends time between cleaning). Efficiently working ice machines save water and energy (and money) for operators.
