Introduction

The Scotsman Single System SSM PlusWater Filtration System with AquaArmor by AgION is designed to extend the life of your Scotsman machine and to produce cleaner, more consistent ice. It’s equipped with AquaArmor with AgION, a silver-based anti-microbial compound that reduces the growth of bacteria, microorganisms, algae, mold and slime – preventing premature clogging.

This filtration system reduces unscheduled water-related maintenance calls by as much as 40% and is simple to install and maintain for convenience. Additionally, the ultrafine half-macron filtration, combined with the food-grade polyphosphate, guarantees that chlorine, bad taste, odour and particles stay out of the ice.

For Cubers up to 650 lb and flakers, nuggets and nugget dispensers up to 1200 lb.
