The Carlisle Sparta Meteor 2″ Nylon Bristle Basting Brush helps create golden pastries. It’s designed with nylon bristles that provide excellent fluid retention for superior coating and are epoxy-set to prevent bacteria from accumulating and spreading.

This food basting brush is made with a molded-on hook that protects the heat from damage and allows the hook to rest on the rim of containers. The basting brush withstands heat up to350F to thrive in commercial kitchens.

The plastic handle offers simple cleaning and provides a comfortable grip. The pastry brush features a hole at the top of the handle for space-efficient hanging storage. Recommended to hand wash only.
