It’s individually honed and ground for superior sharpness. Additionally, the blade is heat treated and cooled to enhance the grain structure for an optimal performance.
The polypropylene handle is textured for improved slip resistance. The Sani-Safe handle has a fantastic blade to handle the seal to protect the knife against contamination. It’s engineered from 100% plastic while the packaging is made from 100% recycled materials for a more eco-friendly knife. Recommended to wash by hand.
