The blade is individually honed and ground for superior sharpness. This knife features a Sani-Safe handle that provides an excellent blade-to-handle seal to protect the knife from contaminants.The textured polypropylene handle provides a secure grip while the fingerguard helps avoid accidental slips and cuts.

The handle is made of 100% recycled plastic and it’s recommended to wash the knife by hand to preserve the blade.The spreader includes a hole in the handle for simple hanging storage.
