The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade stays sharp and has 57 Rockwell Hardness for excellent edge retention. Even better, it’s serrated slices through thick-crusted or soft loaves.
The blade has a 15 angle per side. An ergonomic polypropylene handle is permanently bonded to the blade for a seamless construction. Knives are dishwasher safe andare recommended to hand wash only.
