The NO STAIN stainless steel blade is ice-hardened to retain sharpness while the precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure ideal cutting. POM handle and full tangare triple riveted for superb stability. Knives are dishwasher safe but are recommended to be washed by hand.
