Ideal for 50-100 seat restaurants, supermarket deli and seafood departments, the Cleveland 208V SteamCraft Ultra 3 Countertop Steamer with an Electric Generator is compact and here to help. The commercial countertop steamer can hold three 12″ x 20″ x 2.5″ deep steam pans.

It has a cool-to-touch two-piece compartment door design: a free-floating inner door with a reversible gasket that provides an air-tight seal. The commercial steamer features an indicator light that keeps the operator informed when it needs to be cleaned while the easy access generator cleaning port makes cleaning more efficient. Additionally, the unit features a generator drain that contains a water jet spray to keep the drain clear.

The commercial steamer has a stainless steel construction and is fully insulated with a rear-mounted steam generator for efficient operation. The unit ensures even steaming with the exclusive brass steam jets to produce high-velocity convection steam.
