Made with an easy-to-read dial, the thermometer displays the temperature in bothC andF (has a temperature range from 0F to 220F). Plus, it can be calibrated for accurate measuring.

The milk thermometer includes a clip to sit nicely on any milk pitcher. However, the clip can be removed and the thermometer can then be used for general cooking applications. For improved sanitation, clean the stem before and after each use with probe wipes (sold separately).
