This red heated holding cabinet is made of durable polymer that resists dents, impacts and stains for a long-lasting product.

The commercial heated holding cabinet includes a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch and power indicator lights to for simple use and to keep the operator informed. Each feature is removable for more efficient cleaning. Plus, this cabinet is designed with a clear door to have a clear view of the contents inside without opening the door – keeping heat in and keeping the unit at a consistent temperature.

Designed with universal slides, the nickel-chrome electroplated wire is adjustable on 1.5″ increments. The casters make this unit easily transportable. The unit hinges are field reversible, double-hinged, 180 swing and have long-life nylon bearings. It features a high-temperature Santoprene gasket and latches that have a magnetic pull latch with lever-action release.
