Introduction

Made with a durable polymer construction, the heated holding cabinet resists dents, impacts and stains. The vertical handles make the solid door simple to open while the patented insulation technology retains heat and saves energy.

Designed with universal slides, the nickel-chrome electroplated wire isadjustable in 1.5″ increments. The casters make this unit easily transportable. The unit hinges are field reversible, double-hinged,180 swing and have long-life nylon bearings. It features a high-temperature Santoprene gasket and latches that have a magnetic pull latch with lever-action release.

The commercial heated holding cabinet includes a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch and power indicator lights for simple use and to keep the operator informed. Each feature is removable for more efficient cleaning.
