The Chef’sChoice Model DC 320 Rechargeable Electric Knife Sharpener brings new technology to the knife sharpening game. Its integrated lithium battery allows for cordless sharpening and therefore portability (and convenience). It is easily recharged, in an hour or less, with by USB-C (included with purchase) giving 45 minutes of continual use on a full charge. This unit uses three stages to sharpen 20 edge blades.
