Introduction

The Vollrath Cayenne 12″ Gas Countertop Hot Plate with 2 Burners has a durable stainless and aluminized steel and has metal knobs that resist cracking, protecting the interior gas valve. These knobs control each burner independently so you can control multiple foods at a time.

Burners evenly distribute heat while the full-width stainless steel drip pan simplifies the cleaning process. Each burner has 26,000 BTUs of power so this hot plate is sure to impress. The bullnose design prevents burns while the heavy-duty legs are adjustable for maximum stability

It comes factory set for use with natural gas but can be converted to propane with the conversion kit (included).
