Kai Shun Chef’s Knife – 20cm

Introduction

Part of the Shun Classic Series, these knives are used by professional and amateur chef’s alike. Made from 32 layers of Damask steel, the core layer is made from V-Gold-10 steel giving the blades a sharpness which is second to none. This combined with the convex cut and manual honing of each blade allows each knife to cut through the toughest materials.

The individual patterns of the Damask grain makes each knife unique; an example of modern art and craftsmanship.
