The griddle side is perfect for cooking meat, griddling vegetables or steak and the flip side is ideal forfrying eggs or warming tortillas. It features removable handles so you can safely remove the Grizzler in and out of the oven when hot – and serve it directly on the table with the beechwood serving board included.
