Entirely in stainless steel: a very robust and durable utensil, perfect for intensive use.

Stainless steel muslin: fine mesh (holes 0.4mm) for very fine filtrations.
Heavy stainless steel mesh reinforcements, deformation resistant, which protect the muslin from knocks.
