This vibrantly colourful large dish from Bordallo Pinheiro is beautiful, fun and supremely practical. Fully embracing the style and colour of the wonderful melon it would make a fabulous fruit bowl, table centrepiece, serving dish or salad bowl.
Bordallo Pinheiro was a famous cartoonist, humourist, illustrator and social and political commentator of his day. In 1885 he founded a ceramic factory where he created many of the pottery designers. The factory continues to this day and is dedicated to bringing Bordallo’s inspiration and design flair to a new, modern audience. Made in Portugal.
