This Le Creuset Non-Stick Roasting Rack makes roasting your favourite meats easier and healthier. Designed to fit in the Le Creuset 3-ply Stainless Steel Roaster, it allows your meat to sit above the base of the pans so the juices, fat and oil can flow freely into the base of the roasting tin. The durable non-stick coating makes sure your food won’t stick and makes cleaning up simple. The generously sized lifting handles make it easy to manoeuvre, even when wearing oven gloves. The Roasting Rack will easily accommodate large joints of meat and poultry.
