Introduction

With a varnished beech handle, this utensil features an 8cm stainless steel blade with a toothed back to easily pick and slice through stems, while the integrated boar bristle brush allows users to remove dust and debris from their finds. The inclusion of the Virobloc safety locking ring, ensures the blade remains fixed during use or securely closed when not in use.
